- Plan and schedule field activities, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines and client needs.
- Monitor and analyze field performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for new services and projects.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Develop and manage the budget for wireline operations, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, repair, and inventory management.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, performance, and financial metrics to senior management.
