Full supervision of all operational activities. Coordination of work flow among different parties inside and outside the company. Report & feedback to operations superintendent
Main duties & responsibilities:
Ultimate responsible for quality management system within Setcore.
Support staff for implementations of OHSE within their work area
Promote safety culture in Setcore.
Carry out HSEQ visit and report the same to regional manager for immediate action.
Carry out OHSE activities as required by OHSE Procedures.
Conduct risk and impact assessment in accordance with the procedures
Understand hazards / risk involved in designated work area
Ensure that adequate controls / safety procedures & safe methods are used & implemented to minimize risks & reduce hazards
Ensure safe handling of tools, parts, storage/ protection of parts & products are in place.
Awareness programs to team on QMS requirements.
Initiating of team rotational leave requests in line with approved work/leave cycle.
Initiating expenses reports for all teams with direct reports.
Initiating purchasing request for equipment.
Performing Elevators / Escalators Inspection.
Issuing Inspection Reports
Arrange & planning any requirements related to Elevators / Escalators at field.
Applying safety rules at everywhere.
Tools Management at field.

University Degree; preferable in Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Certified from recognized training institution.
Effective Communication Skills.
Elevators / Escalators Training.
Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting.
NDT Methods; MT & PT.
LEEA / NSL Awareness (is a plus).
